Our core mission at English-Bee is to provide a venue for connecting people who want to learn a language with people who want to teach it. Here are some of the opportunities that our core service presents:

Technological advancements of the past few years have made all of these things and much more possible.

English-Bee also presents unique opportunities for better cultural exchange. In addition to our online learning services, we offer study-abroad consulting services to learners in our target markets. We also have other services on our drawing board that will allow us to reach beyond language learning/teaching and offer ways for people from around the world to make their learning experience more culturally relevant. We think this perspective is important because no language exists in a cultural vacuum.

English-Bee was jointly developed by Big Apple Company in Japan and Zero Point Communications in Canada. Big Apple Company is responsible for designing and developing the system, and promoting English-Bee's services to students (in Japan at first). Zero Point Communications is responsible for getting the word out about our services to prospective teachers and providing support for teachers.

Our collective aim is to serve students at all levels of language proficiency, ranging from those who are just starting out to those who are ready for business or academic English, and to offer support to teachers.
